Embodied Yoga Workshop – The Body’s Natural Dance – with Dana – Saturday, May 16 | 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM – WORKSHOP IN ENGLISH
A two-hour space to reconnect with your body. Through movement, breathing, and mindfulness, you’ll explore with Dana the body’s natural dance: a continuous, intuitive flow guided from within.
Rather than focusing on postures or performance, we turn our attention to sensation, perception, and listening.

The workshop includes embodied movement, pranayama, and moments of philosophy and awareness woven into the experience.
We will explore what it means to trust the body’s innate intelligence to move from within, rather than trying to control it.
It is also a practice that involves noticing subtle sensations, patterns, and the way the body responds when we give it space.
No need for experience, just a willingness to feel. A space to move, breathe, observe, and reconnect with yourself.

The workshop fee is €40. Space is limited, so registration is required.
